Today started with 8 am wake up time as per usual followed by a rush to get in the car. We shopped in Donegal and I bought Claddagh ring for myself and my sister at a shop call Forget Me Nots. From there we went along the coast and visited Yeat's grave and stopped at a cute cafe on the property. The rest of the day was spent stopping at various different lookout points and visiting the beach. The girls and I climbed around on the rocks and touched the Atlantic Ocean. We arrived at our hotel in Ballina and napped before eating dinner and talking about our families and telling stories.

I had a lot of fun today, I feel like today was a day of connection between the girls and I. I was worried going into this trip about what the social dynamic would be like but I quickly learned that I am one of the girls too. Our little family of 8 has gotten so close over the last couple days and I am having a blast.

More to come soon!

Love,

Rowan

i love that you've found community in the little family of 8 - sounds like such a lovely group & another sense of home :)
